As soon as we got engaged, I bought several bridal books and a wedding planner. Everything I read already had us three months behind schedule. We had our ideas for the church and reception site. It was just a matter of availability.
The next major task was catering. Who knew there were so many choices, one fork or two, served vs. buffet, four glasses or three, not to mention silk or polyester linens. To be honest I can’t remember if the last napkin I picked up was silk, polyester or cotton! Regardless, we had a great time especially when it came time to have our tasting. The caterer we ended up choosing is amazing.
Without giving too much away, they had a five-foot buffet table set up for our own personal tasting. With all the food that kept coming out, we were wondering who else was coming to dinner? I get full thinking about how much we ate that day. Needless to say, there will be an extensive selection for everyone, and I don’t think anyone will be disappointed. James and his team served us the most delectable choices!
